Two traditional burials per grave (first burial must be double depth)

One upright monument allowed per single grave
Dimensions allowed for monuments : Three-foot limit on length, eighteen inches with limit, and six-foot height limit, per grave

Four-Grave Plot

Two cremations per grave
One upright monument allowed per four-grave plot, centered on plot
Dimensions allowed for Monuments: Three-foot limit on length, eighteen inches width limit, and six-foot height limit, per grave

Please note that a completed grave site order form must be received in the cemetery office by noon Friday, or the grave site will not be ready until after 12 noon on the following Monday. If a holiday falls on a Friday, the completed grave site order form must be received in the cemetery office by Thursday noon or the grave site will not be ready until the following Tuesday. If a holiday falls on a Monday, a completed grave site order form must be received in the cemetery office by Friday noon, or the grave site will not be ready until the subsequent Wednesday. The Union Cemetery of Hellertown reserves the right to schedule all burials in accordance with these submission deadlines.
All fees (including sale of plots) are payable to The Union Cemetery of Hellertown on or before day of interment. Only checks or cash accepted.
Required paperwork and permits must be submitted by day of interment.
Cemetery does not sell monuments and does not provide engraving services.
If need arises for disinterment of remains, cremation or traditional, charges will apply.
All sales final. Cemetery does not buy back burial plots or foundations.
